    武汉光电国家实验室（筹）硅基光子集成与系统课题组主要研究各种硅基微纳光电子器件及其集成技术，是目前国内该领域研究实力最雄厚的研究团队之一。课题组经费充足，研究成果丰硕显著，并与美国乔治亚理工大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校等国际知名高校进行了长期合作研究与人才交换培训。
    现因研究项目发展需要，急聘博士后两名，要求如下：

其中一名至少有下列研究方向中一项以上的研究背景和专长：
1. 硅基电光开关或调制器的设计与制作；
2. p-n结或MOS等微电子器件结构的设计与制作；
3. 微电子器件驱动电路的设计与制作；
4. 熟悉MEDICI、ANSYS等微电子器件设计工具的使用；

The second candidate requires the following background and knowledge bases:

1. A good knowledge of the physics of semiconductor, the semiconductor optics, and atomic physics, especially on the principle of semiconductor laser.
2. Research experience of FDTD simulation for micro/nano scale metallic structure and electrical and optical structure simulation of semiconductor material.
3. Knowledge of the CMOS process.
4. Enthusiasm with silicon-based micro/nano device.
5. Team work and good English skill.
