主要内容: 准一维纳米材料的合成,纳米场发射器相关研究,微纳米光电器件(基于一维纳米材料的场效应管,化学传感器,光导器件,超级电容器等)。

沈国震博士简介:
2003年12月毕业于中国科学技术大学,获无机化学博士学位。随后赴韩国汉阳大学纳米技术系,从事II-VI族半导体一维纳米材料的合成与场发射性能研究。2005年4月在日本国立材料研究所任特别研究员,从事准一维纳米材料与异质结构的气相合成及性能研究。2007年11月至今任美国南加利福尼亚大学电子工程系访问学者。
学术任职:Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Small, Chemistry of Materials, Journal of Physical Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters, Crystal Growth & Design,New Journal of Chemistry, Dalton Transaction, IEEE Transaction on Nanotechnology, Nanotechnology, Journal of Physics D,等等二十余种国际期刊的审稿人与仲裁审稿人。
研究领域:准一维纳米结构材料,纳米异质结构的气相,液相可控合成、功能化组装及光电等性能研究。基于准一维纳米材料的微纳米器件,如场效应管、光导器件、化学、生物传感器、超级电容器等。
主要论著:已在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Journal of the American Chemical Society、 Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Physical Chemistry等国际核心期刊(SCI)发表论文95篇。论文共获得国际刊物引用八百余次。 并参与编辑由美国科学出版社,世界科学出版社等出版的英文专著共计5章。

Biography:
Dr. Guozhen Shen received his Ph.D in Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China in 2003. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Hanyang University, Korea and a visiting researcher in National Institute for Materials Science, Japan. Now, he is a visiting scholar in Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. His research interests include rational synthesis of one-dimensional nanostructures and using these nanostructures to fabricate field nanoemittors, and optoelectronics devices. He is the active reviewer for more than 20 international journals. Till now, he has authored and co-authored 95 papers in international journals like Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Materials, etc. Dr. Shen also published 5 book chapters published by World Scientific Publishers, American Scientific Publishers and so on.
