ICEPT2006 in Shangha

The ICEPT2006, which was organized by CEPS as well as IEEE-CPMT, and was undertaken by HUST was held in Shanghai from August 26th to 29th.
On August 26th, lectures of “the latest developments in microelectronics and microsystem packaging”and ”high power LED and LED packaging” were given by Zhang Guoqi, Fan Xuejun, Peter Deixler and etc…
On the morning of 27th, the opening ceremony was presided by the executive president Liu Sheng. Several experts from mainland, HongKong, Taiwan, Holand, America, and Japan gave wonderful lectures.
On the 28th to 29th, more than 160 authors from home and abroad made reports in eight different topics and 24 excellent thesises were chosen.
