题目:Innovations Abound in Functional Optical Communications
摘要:Optical communication systems have achieved great success over the past several decades in terms of capacity growth and deployment. Looking into the future, optical communications continues to innovate, with advances in functionality, reconfigurability, integratability, and stability. This presentation will highlight recent innovations and future potential of high-capacity and highly functional systems that may make use of optical signal processing, being a broadly defined term.
ACP会议全称为亚洲光纤通信与光电国际会议及博览会(Asia Communications and Photonics Conference and Exhibition),是国际三大光通信会议之一,会议发源于2001年的亚太光通信国际会议(Asia-Pacific Optical Communications Conference,APOC),2009年与亚洲光纤通讯与光电博览会及国际会议(Asia Optical Fiber Communication & Optoelectronic Exposition & Conference,AOE)合并成为ACP。近年来,ACP在上海、广州、北京、香港等亚太一线城市轮流举行,今年将首次来到内陆武汉,于2016年11月2-5日由武汉光电国家实验室承办,并与国际光子与光电子学会议(International Photonics and OptoElectronics Meetings,POEM)和生物医学光子学与成像技术国际学术研讨会(International Conference on Photonics and Imaging in Biology and Medicine,PIBM)同期联办。
