报告人简介(Biography):
陈巍,湖北孝感人,2013年1月毕业于中国科学院化学研究所,获分析化学理学博士。2012年9月至2019年12月在美国华盛顿州立大学化学系先后以博士后、助理研究教授职位从事生物体内活性硫物质的成像探针的研究,2020年1月任职于美国癌症靶向科技公司。迄今,已在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Redox Biology等国际学术期刊上发表论文38篇,h-index 23。
Wei Chen was born in Xiaogan, Hubei. He received his PhD degree in January 2013 in Analytical Chemistry from Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. From September 2012 to December 2019, he successively worked as postdoc and assistant research professor in the department of chemistry at the Washington State University. His research focuses on the development of new imaging probes for reactive sulfur species in biological systems. In January 2020, he worked as a research scientist at Cancer Targeted Technology LLC. So far, he has published 38 papers in international journals like Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Redox Biology. h-index is 23.
报告摘要 (Abstract):
生物体内的活性硫物质包括生物硫醇、H2S、多硫化氢(H2Sn)、HSNO等。它们是一类具有很好抗氧化应激作用的活性物质,可维持生物体的正常生理功能。发展它们的成像探针已成为生物医学分析领域的研究热点。本报告主要介绍如何合理构建简便的H2S、多硫化氢(H2Sn)、HSNO等活性硫的光学成像探针,为解决生命科学和生物医学等领域的关键问题提供理论指导和分子成像工具。
Biological Reactive sulfur species (RSS) include biothiols, H2S, H2Sn, HSNO and so on. They have excellent anti-oxidative stress effects and maintain normal physiological function in biological systems. The development of their imaging probes has become a research hot topic in the field of biomedical analysis. This report mainly introduces how to rationally construct simple and convenient optical imaging probes for RSS like H2S, H2Sn, HSNO, etc., to provide theoretical guidance and molecular imaging tools for solving key problems in life sciences and biomedicine.
