2010年2月，Wiley期刊European Transactions on Telecommunications刊登了华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室裴雪兵、朱光喜、屈代明等人的关于“ CDMA网络中基于经济模型具有QoS保证的无线资源管理策略”的研究工作。审稿人认为：“ ——This paper proposed an efficient resource management scheme for uplink CDMA transmission to balance the tradeoff between the Operator's revenue and the users satisfaction degree by introducing a suitable utility function. There are enough mathematical analysis and simulation results to evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme, which shows that both revenue profits and uplink user number are increased using the proposed algorithm.”
