报告摘要:Metal-halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted tremendous interest because of their low fabrication cost and high power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 22.7%. To commercialize this promising photovoltaic technology, fabrication of high-efficiency and stably operating cm-sized solar cells is an important and pressing scientific task. Our research is focused on improving the stability of cm-sized perovskite solar cells from several different strategies. Firstly, the metal halide perovskite compositions was optimized with different organic cations, which offered certified 15.2% PCE with improved stability. Second, the perovskite/hole transporting materials interface was optimized with benzenethiol dipole molecules, which successfully modified surface potential of the perovskite and facilitate the hole extraction speed. Cm-sized PSCs with PCE of 19.6% was achieved and the devices stably worked more than 200 h under 50% RH and 50 °C working temperature. On the other hand, we have also designed and synthesized two small molecules as hole transporting materials. Without any dopant, PCE with 17.6% was achieved for the cm-sized PSCs and retained 90% of initial performance 2000 h storage in an ambient environment without encapsulations.
